Our Process: Construction Phase
Before any demolition or construction begins, we have a pre-construction meeting with the project manager assigned to your project. The construction process, dumpster location and construction material storage are a few of the topic discussed at this meeting. Also discussed are the security and safety of your home, children and pets; your daily schedule; and your preferences as they apply to procedures such as where you'd prefer our vehicles to park, etc.
Once construction begins, our daily communication is a key factor to a successful project. Whether it is our online clients' only area, or a posted message board in your home, or frequent calls or emails, you can be sure you will be fully informed and all your questions answered in a timely manner.
Before the construction phase ends, a final walk-through with you assures that no small item is left undone.
